These terms and conditions apply to the 55bd platform and all services associated with it. The meanings of some key terms used here are clarified below:

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility for Registration

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, 55bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. For account verification purposes, 55bd may request proof of identity or address.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

55bd processes transactions through the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• The account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

New members may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 (ten) times.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,200 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. To make the bonus funds withdrawable, you must wager ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per member.
• Bonus funds are kept separate from the account's real money and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly permit it.
• 55bd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

The 55bd VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level, calculated based on the net loss for that week. Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 General Gaming Conditions

55bd offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. The following rules apply to all gaming activities:

• Game outcomes are determined entirely through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Once a sports bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cashout feature is active on the platform.
• Bets placed before betting odds change will remain valid at the odds in effect at the time of placement.
